In the beautiful ambiance of the Hotel "Tuzla" in Tuzla, April 15, 2010, International League of Humanists organized a solemn ceremony of presenting ILH tributes to Mr. Almir Čehajić – Batko, Mr. Zlatko Berbić and Radio Kameleon Tuzla.

Mr. Almir Čehajić – Batko, editor and host of the Radio Show «Udri muški» on the Kameleon Radio, received the Golden Charter of Love, Humanity and Culture of Peace of the ILH.

The Golden Charter of Peace of the ILH was presented to Mr. Zlatko Berbić, founder end owner of the Kameleon Radio. On behalf of the Radio Kameleon Collective, Golden Plaque with the Badge of the ILH received Mrs. Kristina Gligorović, Executive Director.

The tributes was presented by the Deputy President of ILH, Dr. Josip Vrbošić and Ambassador of the Republic of Austria in Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E. Dr. Donatus Köck.

President of the International League of Humanists, H.E. Dr. Elisabeth Rehn visited the Headquarters of the ILH's mission, Main Office in Sarajevo. Beside Sarajevo, President visited also Mostar at the solemn ceremony of presenting ILH's tributes. During her stay in Sarajevo, the President of the ILH, Dr. Rehn had receptions organized in the BiH Presidency and the City of Sarajevo. President talked with the Member of the BiH Presidency, Mr. Željko Košić and with the Mayor of Sarajevo, Dr. Alija Behmen about League's activities, specially about upcoming Congress of the Humanists Unity with dedication to «Children of the World of Wounded Childhood», which will take place in Zagreb, May October 24 – 27, 2010. In the preparation of the organization of the Congress President Rehn has visited the SOS Children's Village in Sarajevo, where was prepared a generous and warm welcome. Also, Dr. Elisabeth Rehn was a guest on Radio Kameleon, to participate along with other members of the ILH's Committee of Mothers of Solidarity in promotional activities of the organization of the Congress. Mostar part of the visit was more solemn to Dr. Rehn. She presented the Golden Charter "Linus Pauling" with the Plaque and the Badge to Professor Dubravka Šuica, former Mayor of Dubrovnik and the simbolic «Key of Peace» to the City Administration of Mostar. On behalf of the City Administration, "Key of Peace" received the current Mayor of Mostar, Mr. Ljubo Bešlić.

The International League of Humanists in recognition of the award ceremony, held in Sarajevo, December 1, 2009, in the BC "UNITIC" presented Golden Charter of Peace and Humanism with Plaque and Badge to Mr. Muhamed Šaćiragić, Director General of the «Centrotrans – Eurolines» Company. Collective of the«Centrotrans – Eurolines» Company and Mr. Safudin Čengić, Executive Director received the Golden Plaque with Badge.Awards were delivered by Mr. Bogić Bogićević. Two days later, December 3, 2009, in the Hall of Municipality Novi Grad Sarajevo held solemn ceremony of presenting Golden Charter of Peace and Humanism to the Gimanzija Dobrinja Sarajevo.Director of the School, Mrs. Sabiha Miskin received the Golden Plaque with Badge.Awards were delivered by the Mayor of City of Sarajevo, Alija Behmen, PhD.

Finishing of marking of the 35th anniversary of ILH's establishment

At the end of marking of the 35th anniversary of its establishment, International League of Humanists in recognition of the award ceremony, held in Sarajevo, December 14, 2009, in the BC "UNITIC" presented Golden Charter «Philip Noel-Baker» to Inventors Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Leaders od the Association, President, Mr. Hajrudin Šuman and Secretary General, Mr. Husein Hujić received the Golden Plaque with Badge.Awards were delivered in the name of the President of International League of Humanists, Dr. Elisabeth Rehn, by the Director General of BH Telecom Sarajevo Company, Mr. Nedžad Rešidbegović.

The International League of Humanists in recognition of the award ceremony, held in District Brčko, November 24, 2009, in the "Dom Kulture", Brčko proclaimed Brčko District BiH, "Opened international multiethnic District of Culture of Peace and Dialogue". Mayor of the District, Dr. Dragan Pajić, received the Golden Plaque with Badge and the "Key of Peace".Golden Plaque with Badge was presented also to first president of the Parliament of Brčko District BiH, Mr. Mirsad Đapo, first Mayor of the District, Mr. Siniša Kisić and former Mayor of the District, Mr. Branko Damjanac. Awards were presented by Deputy President of ILH, Mr. Josip Vrbošić.Supervisor for Brčko District BiH, Dr. Raffi Gregorian, was attending ceremony and adressed to audience.
