Marking the 30 years of foundation of The International League of Humanists (1974-2004), based on Art. 2,3,5,7 & 8. of the Rules of Election laureates for The Golden Charter of Peace «Linus Pauling» and based on the messages of Peace (Linus Pauling), the Presidency of The International League of Humanists as a sign of everlasting appreciation and recognition for building the peace and the mission of the International League Humanists, 28.12.2004. in Graz, have passed the following
DECISION
I
H.E. Tun Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad is hereby proclaimed to Honorary Ambassador of Peace for Asia and is being awarded to him the Golden Charter of Peace «Linus Pauling» with the Plaque and the Golden Badge.
II
The scientist Acc. Miroslav Radman, member of HAZU Croatia is proclaimed to the Humanist of Decade for 2004 and he will be awarded the Golden Charter of Peace “Linus Pauling”.
