STRUCTURE

The Standing Committee, our highest managing body, is composed of members from up to 21countries. They are elected by co-opting.
The Standing Committee President is Dr Elisabeth Rehn, Finland

Honorary president of the International League of Humanists, Ivan Supek

The ILH Secretary General is Prof. Zdravko Surlan, BiH.

STANDING COMMITTEE SECRETARIAT
The Standing Committee Secretariat is in charge of operations, promoting of peace, humanism, science-research work and administrative work. Its head office is located in Sarajevo. The Secretariat is comprised of 7-11 members (elected by co-opting) headed by the Secretary General.

COMMITTEES BY FIELDS
The Standing Committee has appointed the committees by fields. Their members are from European countries and others. The committees president are elected by co-opting. Each committee membership includes 5-9 members depending on area it is covering.
